Bijith R, a company secretary by qualification is a business journalist. During his 15-year-long journalism career in India's political capital Delhi and financial capital Mumbai, he has worked with major financial and national dailies like Business Standard, Financial Express and Deccan Chronicle. His tenure in Delhi saw him track big policy developments of the central government. A longer stint in Mumbai saw him breaking important corporate and financial market developments. His job profile required him to hold extensive discussions with corporate heads, policy experts, stock market analysts, investment advisors, fund managers, brand strategists, bankers and other stakeholders to churn out in-depth analytical articles. His proven credentials in covering major economic and corporate events of the country coupled with his extensive contacts with business leaders, fund managers and other market participants place him in good stead to provide strategic direction to MyFin Institute of Media and Entrepreneurship (MIME).
